A few months ago I was in the market for a cheap codo in SW Florida. Property values have shot through the roof and there was no way I had any chance of getting into my own home. I looked for months. Everything was out of my price range. I looked into moving to another state. One night we were at a local restaurant and I overheard some people talking about IRS Seized property.

Well my dream came true! I joined IRS Auctions and we found a home that was going up for auction. I put in a bid just for fun not really expecting to win the bid, I was notified and They accepted my bid and the house was mine!!

The house is valued at over $450,000 We got it for $155,000 the price I was going to pay for a 2 bedroom condo! Unbelievable......

I could sell it tomorrow if I wanted to and make a small fortune. We decided to keep it and we moved in. Here are some more photos.

Now check this out .... The furniture, plasma televisions, surround sound system, home theater, video games were all bought from IRS auctions also. For less than 1/4 of what they would have cost me! I am now living in my dream home.
